Ham and Taters recipe

Ham and Taters in the slow cooker
3 cups diced extra-lean ham (I go to the deli and get them to slice it thick and then cube it myself)
6 1/2 cups thinly sliced potatoes
1 cup diced onion
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cream of celery soup
2 Tablesoppns half and half
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Spray slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. Layer half of the ham, half of the potatoes, half of the onions, and half of the cheese in the prepared container. Repeat layers. In a small bowl, combine celery soup, half and half, and parsley flakes. Spoon mixture evenly over top of potato mixture. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours. Mix well before serving.
