Apricot Chicken with rice

So simple to make!

1 Jar of Apricot Preserve
1 Bottle of Catalina Dressing
1 Envelope of Onion Soup Mix
4 Boneless Chicken Breast

Thaw your chicken. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix the Preserve, Dressing, and Onion Soup Mix in a 9x13in pan. Put your chicken in the mix and put it in the oven for 1 hour. Serve over white or brown rice.
